Columbia University Student Will Drag Her Mattress Around Campus Until Her Rapist Is Gone
"I think the act of carrying something that is normally found in our bedroom out into the light is supposed to mirror the way I’ve talked to the media and talked to different news channels, etc," Emma continues in the full video which you can watch here.

I linked to something about this project on Twitter a couple weeks ago but I like it even better in gif form.

Bahamas Is Afie is now streaming on SPIN.

I’ve been waiting for this.

And now it’s here so I don’t have to wait anymore. I can just listen to it constantly.

Throwback to when I made my nieces learn how to drum so I had somebody to play with.

Or in my case, at least two drum sets.

I love this. It’s like four times of day combined into one.

Super moon.

Wolfe Island, Ontario. 2014.

First Good Song.

Admittedly the first music I liked as a kid, that I discovered on my own, was really shitty - Vanilla Ice, some 1992-95 dance mixes made by Much Music, stuff like that - and I had all but discounted it all as terrible and never to be listened to again …

And then I remembered this song.

"What I like about you" by The Romantics is an amazingly perfect pop rock song complete with a simple chord riff, a bunch of “hey!”s, and a verse as catchy as the chorus.

And the whisper part - total gold.

We’re in the middle of recording a new song called "It’s Over" and I would love for it to feel like this song.

This song came out in 1979, the year I was born.

My niece made pie FOR the music festival. #wolfeisland #wolfeislandmusicfest #wimf

Some reading time between sets. #wolfeislandmusicfest #wimf #makebelieflodge (at The General Wolfe Hotel)
